"Great location, good service"
9th May 2012, Tel Aviv, Israel
It's my third time in this hotel, nothing new. The service is very good, Accor standard. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is reach enough, at least for my taste. Although, sometimes some small things are missing and they forget to compete, like spoons, lemons etc. The free wifi with fast internet is as also a great advantage. The only annoying detail is the luck of consistency in the finding of small amenities in the room like bathrobe, body lotion, sleepers, ear sticks, bath sponge, shoehorn, etc. I use to have it on some visit and on the other not. I guess it’s a room standard matter, but I thing for the hotel of that level it must be a general standard. It might sound like a knocks, but for me those are the small things that make the big difference.
"Optimal for business trips"
22nd March 2012, Tel Aviv, Israel
It was my second time in Novotel Moscow Centre. This time I booked the same half board deal as month before, which is perfectly suits my daily schedule. Only this time it cost 100$ more than month ago. I must say that I’ve got a bigger room with some additional amenities like bathrobe, sleepers, body lotion, gel scrub and ear sticks - all that was missing me last time. Still it was nice to have also a shoehorn and a bast wisp. The central location is one of the main advantages of the hotel. A good word must be saying also about the service and food. The main drawback is a price which is relatively high, what decreases the value for money. Overall for my opinion, very good hotel for business purposes, which meets the international standard of Accor group.
"Good location, good value for money"
6th February 2012, Tel Aviv, Israel
The hotel is located in a very convenient central part of the city, right near Mendeleyevskaya subway. The hotel is mid class business hotel under Accor standard. If you have ever visited in one of the Accor hotels you know what it means. The rooms are clean and quiet big. You have a minimum of what you need like soap and shampoo, but the rest of additions like bathrobe, sleepers, ear sticks, body lotion and body sponge are missing. The free wifi internet was for my surprise very good. The breakfast buffet is average, but for me is quiet satisfying. I also had a good half board deal, so in a cold Moscow winter it was a perfect arrangement. I had some troubles with my bed. May be because of the sheets or the drying air conditioning, I was shocked by static electricity upon my every move in the bed. The stuff is helpful and serviceable. My general experience is good. Not fancy hotel, but quiet good value for the price, especially in Moscow, with its abnormal high prices. With small additions, I think the whole experience might be significantly improved.
"A great choice in Moscow"
3rd February 2012, New York
This hotel is a great value and choice for Moscow. It's not fancy or trendy, but it's clean and comfortable, European, and in the center close to two metro stations. The staff is terrific -- helpful and pleasant and it always felt very safe. I didn't use the restaurant.
"too hot and too dry"
20th October 2011, Huizen, The Netherlands
I like your hotel however:rooms are too hot and too dry. That make s sleeping not convenient. Windows cannot be opened and the airconditioning in room 418 did not work well. I asked for a reparation but still the result was poor: to hot. This is OK for a pension house but not for a hotel. I discussed this with my collegues and all share the same opinion so please do something about this. Also price is too high compared to similar hotels in other cities.
"Good Hotel, but expensive"
18th September 2011, AidanJK, Dublin
Hi. Hotel was clean, and staff were goof. Had dinner and breakfast. Both positive experiences. The first 2 red wines we selected were out of stok, but food was very good. We booked late, but I still think the room was expensive. Including breakfast, about €375 per night. Too high. Would I stay again..... Yes... but would not pay more than €250.
"this is moscow"
3rd August 2011, Bangkok
A very friendly lady at check-in (and check-out) contrasts with security guards in the hall. I felt uncomfortable moving from the entrance to the lifts under theirs glance. This is a common practice in russian hotels and restaurants to hire such soviet style policemen. The room was big and empty with dirty blinds and a very small uncomfortable bathroom.Inadequate prices for everything to expect customers in business trip (especially russian functionary),
"Quality Hotel"
27th July 2011, Herndon
Excellent location, superb staff and very good wifi. The room was good, but a little small and sparse - closer to an American 3 star property. Excellent beds and bedding, though. Breakfast options are limited and expensive.
"Moscow"
10th June 2011, Adelaide
I have now stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times ranging from one night to over a week. On all occassions the hotel has been excellent, with good service excellent food and good facilities. The hotel is ideally situated on the metro line with good shops around. There is a starbucks, McDonalds and supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. The gym is relatively small but has good equipment, only one treadmill and bike but most times the gym is empty so not really a problem.
"Expensive stay"
26th May 2011, Amsterdam
The Novotel reduced their standards in Russia. Very basic room! The location is good, the room is clean and quiet. Thats all. In a four star hotel I expect more amenities, like a ironing board, news paper.
"Novotel Center"
10th May 2011, Madrid
to be hotel of 4**** the luck of service provided. The personal of the is very profesional and caring. but breakfast not included and have to be payed apart if desired. No slippers or barth clothes or cloths clearning things provided in room.thats all quite strange for 4 star hotel chain. I notices the service provided declined over last two years in this hotel. Is it because of the crises and they want to cut off costs or the dont mind their regular clients would be switching to other hotels with better service included?best thing about this hotel is location.generally its ok,but its also could be very expensive.
"Novotel Moscow Centre"

This hotel is rather new and pretty well located. Very easy access to all main attractions in Moscow. Reception was very helpful. The room was large and clean. Additionally better quality pillows would improve the sleep experience.
"Nice hotel in Moscow"

Excellent service but not so good feeling about Fitness service.
"Charity or not?"
10th December 2010, Tokyo
The hotel is OK. Not too expensive by Moscow standards. Extremely good location if you intend to use Moscow subway. It is just 1min. from the hotel to the subway. Fairly close to the center of the city. There are places to eat out around. There is a supermarket nearby, 5 min walk, near Novoslobodskaya subway station. So, if you want to taste some Russian kefir you can go there. I recommend "Ruzskii kefir" brand. Another good thing - fast access to 2 subway lines. Novoslobodskaya is on the "circular" line. The thing I did not like. When I, as a Gold member of the A-Club applied for a late check-out I was at first heavily hinted that the hotel "is not engaging in charity". But they were ready to give it to me for additional half a day fee. I had to remind them that this was not charity, but their promise to the frequent stayers. They finally gave in when I said that I would call directly to France to clarify the situation about the "charity". But the impression was clearly spoiled. Too bad. Train your staff please.
