The room reeked of smoke, from likely having been smoked in for two decades, until management decided to slap a non-smoking designation on it. The filth of the room was also unprecedented. Discussing stains everywhere. Furniture was chipped and broken. There was also a plastic mattress cover that trapped moisture in an already damp room making trying to sleep being stuck in damp sheets. Standards in France are exceptionally low, yet, this was still a new low.

I booked this as I needed a hotel with parking, which worked fine. Rooms were nice, clean and well thought out, however.... As I needed twin rooms for a group of male friends, only option was to book suites with sofa beds. When we got there, the sofa beds were still configured as sofas, and no bedding provided. There were very few staff on site (only one in the evening who 'couldn't leave the reception desk'), and no housekeeping and the best they could offer was sacks of linen for us to make up the beds in all threee rooms. When I got to the receptionist after some other customers took an inordinate amount of time to sort their issue, he was very polite, but maintained the company line that they had met their obligations of providing a 'sofa bed'. From my customer's point of view, if a 'bed', whatever the type, has been booked it should be ready for use, and not require: enquiries with reception, fetching bedding, working out how the bed unfolds and finally making beds. One does not come on holiday, pay nearly 500 Euros and expect this standard of accomodation, service and hassle. I don't recall anything telling me I needed to message the hotel in advance that I needed to state that these beds were actually needed. This whole thing really soured the experience of what would have been a good quality/value hotel.

Had a one night stay in a family room. Very friendly and efficient check in. Staff all very helpful. Room was of a decent size with good features such as fridge, microwave, separate bathtub / shower / toilet. Good sized table to dine. Team members had made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome, personalised birthday posters on the walls was a very nice touch. Early check in no problem, extended late checkout for no charge was greatly appreciated. Location of hotel was adjacent to Stade de France. No issues getting Uber to central Paris.Numerous food places dotted around all within walking distance. Had a very pleasant stay which was made even better by the staff. Thank you.
