"Wonderful hotel"

This was a wonderful experience for us. The room rates were excellent - we reserved at E49.00 a night. The staff were very gracious. The buffet breakfast was an exceptional value. The location was sort of hard to find so good directions are a must. The hotel is next to a Mall so is not in a touristy area, but overall a great spot.

please improove your offer on your breakfast. have you noticed that there is only one type of cheese and one type on meat cuts?and why do you have only 1 liter of mineral whater on the buffet?peopel have to ask for the rifil...

My last stay was 2 days ago in Firenze Prato Ibis where the wi-fi was free in the room. It was a happy surprise from last year and I appreciated it a lot. When I cheched in Milano Ibis I saw an identical hotel in almost everything. On my request for the in room wi - fi I thought I heard the price of 15e per day!!! I didn't trust my English, so I requested from the very gentle receptionist to repeat me slowly the price. My English was good...

# Positiv that you can arrive late.#The room was warm and cosy. #Good breakfast. #Friendly service.#Reseption open even in nights. # Parking privet is very good.#One extra towel when you need to wash your hear is only the negativ issue.#We will use you even in the future. Thank you.
"The world's worst Ibis Hotel I've stayed"

Although the site informs that the hotel has internet wireless, this service IS NOT provided by the hotel, but by the company Vodafone, which charges 15 euros for 24 hours access (there are other options, with inflated prices as well).The service provided by Vodafone is terrible. I payed 15 euros for being conectted for 24 hours and get less than two. After that, I couldn't login in the internet because there weren`t any blank where to put the username and the password given by Vodafone (I never say something like that...).Nobody in the reception resolved my problem. I was informed that all Ibis hotels in Italy has the same "internet service" with Vodafone. So, if you need internet, avoid not only Ibis Firenze Prato Est, but all Ibis hotels in Italy.The hotel has no other internet access option. There is a sign indicating "business corner" at the reception floor, but it's just a sign. There is no computer, and if you need internet for work, communication or leisure, the hotel can't provide this for you.Beside the internet problem, the bath box and the soap recipient were broken, causing a very bad impression, unusual in Ibis hotels worldwide.Finally, the location: very far from the city centre... It's definitelly not a good place if you're travelling to Firenze for tourism. Public transport there is not an easy option, the station is far from the hotel.
