Great location, good rooms, friendly staff. And great neighboring restaurants like the Dinkle Aker Brewery.

good location next to U bahn station not far from center of city near by shops and resturants good breakfast and rooms are small but ok for short trip , WC very small but ok for Ibis hotels looks good but the rate was high because of trade fair

Easy to get to on the Metro and is just opposite, typical Ibis location could be a little closer to town as it does state Centrum but it is a 15 to 20 min walk to centre. Price quoted on booking was not the price charged beware it was at least 40 euro more

A modern and clean hotel, but let down by the poor air conditioning in the rooms. On a very hot weekend this was a problem for our group - the air con was noisy and inefficient. Breakfast was fine with a reasonably varied selection. Some people had to queue on the Sunday morning as there is only a small dining area. A particular niggle for me was that I was charged in pounds sterling on my credit card without being asked whether I wanted to pay in euros or pounds. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until later.

Good and central location; 15-minute walk to the city center of Stuttgart . Easiness to reach the metro and good underground connections. Clean rooms but quite small. Friendly and helpful staff. Good parking possibilities under the hotel building.

ibis Stuttgart Centrum met our needs: a convenient location with covered parking space, near U station and just outside the old city centre. Rooms are clean and bright, having the essential provision a traveller needs. The variety of the food in the breakfast cheered up the day.
"messed up our reservation, did not offer remedy"

We made a reservation and paid extra for 2 twin beds, but when we arrived, were given a single queen size bed. The woman at the reservation desk offered only extra blankets and acted as if this was a normal remedy for the mistake. She admitted there had been a mistake but said there were no other rooms available, as if that was acceptable. She did not even offer a discount. Finally, after pressing her, we got her to offer a room at another Ibis hotel in Stuttgart, on Presselstrasse. She called over to see if the room was available, but according to the desk there, never followed up as she promised with them. The gentleman at that Ibis was much friendlier and helpful and apologetic for his associate - he even comped us a free breakfast without our asking, to make up for the trouble we'd had. So we had our faith in Ibis somewhat restored.

The hotel mainly and the rooms were clean and the reception was helpful. The location of the hotel is really cool because it has good connection to every direction and the city center. One thing: the towels could smell better. I like the new flat screen televisions.

very helpful staff; it was noisy at night with too much traffic noise when the window was open (and a bit stuffy with the window closed). Overall, a pleasant experience. The breakfast option was convenient and definitely the location is very optimal.

Stayed in the Ibis hotel for a night as we were travelling past Stuttgart. Hotel was easy to find and the parking garage they have was a great service. The price of parking was very reasonable compared to what we had to pay in other hotels around Germany. All four front desk personnel we talked with spoke english fluently and were helpful. Room was clean and spacious enough for two of us. Bathroom was very ship cabin -like, very much like the ones you see on the cruise ships - lifted in place as complete module. But functional and not too small. Room was quiet but we were lucky to have the window away from the traffic.Free internet available at lounge bar was great compared to extortionate prices you usually have to pay. The bar itself is a bit on the small side and don't hold much variety to choose from but all the basics seems to be available.We got a solid hint from the staff about good restaurant just few minutes walk from the hotel.All and all for it's price this is very good hotel - competes easily against some of the 50% more expensive hotels and I will absolutely use it again if I need to stay in Stuttgart.

I stayed here because it was close to my daughters home, one block. Very good value. The towels are small and thin but again it was a good value. Did not experience the food and beveage though the desk did a good job of encouraging me to try it. I am in the hotel business in the USA and appreciate how this product is positioned in the market.Will definitely stay there again
"Good, clean and very convenient"

We arrived by car and parked in the downstairs car park (very cheap at 7 EUR per 24h). The pedestrian mall is just a 10-15 minute stroll away and the hotel is exactly what you expect from an Ibis: nothing fancy, but great value for money in a convenient location. Friendly staff throughout. During our stay the 3rd and 4th floor were under renovation, and as indicated by the front desk we weren't really inconvenienced. There was very little "construction noise", and - as indicated - there was none at all between 6pm an 8am. All in all a good stay.
