Good but electric charger for car is not the right one for an overnight stay. Fast chargers are good but not for hotel purpose. Not well organized if you arrive 23h and you need to wake up at 2am to take car out of. Chargers.

Estimado Jose Ignacio, Gracias por su tiempo invertido en responder su encuesta de satisfacción y valorar su estancia con nosotros. Lamentamos que no haya disfrutado de su estancia en el hotel debido a problemas con el aire acondicionado. Cuando usted estaba alojado aún estaba activa la calefacción pero disponiamos de ventiladores para que usted no tuviera que pasar calor. Es una pena que todo ello haya truncado la comodidad de la cama, la atención del personal y el resto de detalles. A día de hoy hemos activado el aire acondicionado y podría disfrutar de su estancia plenamente. De nuevo pedirle disculpas. esperamos tenerle con nosotros nuevamente. Un cordial saludo, Eva M
