The new room without cupboard or fridge was given to me. This room was practically half baked.. This was completely different than the photos on the Accor website. Another room recd next day, AC not working

As usual, you fill the online checkin to gain time when you arrived. At Novotel Praha Wenceslas, you have to make again the checkin when you arrive and waste time, especially when you are tired after driving 7 hours. You choose this hotel for a parking lot : no place available When you want to sleep in a sauna, this is the right place as the air conditionning doesn't work. So you try to sleep with an open window to get some fresh air but don't forget your earplugs because the avenue is extremly noisy. When you want to sleep in the morning, as the hotel is on refurbishment, you will love to wake up with the drills of workers. When your children go to the swimming pool and ask for towels, they will be welcomed by an unpleasant employee. When you take the late check out till 5 pm, you have to come back to the reception to configure your key because at noon, you won't be able to enter your room. When you want to see a video on your laptop, the wifi is just correct and sometimes weak. To conclude : the worst experience I had with Accor while I book a lot rooms for vacation and for work during a year.

Cons- Air Conditioning doesn’t work even though the outside temperature was 20deg, they say its winter and they can’t help. They have set the AC temperature to 24deg. Even Family rooms are small. Showers were broken, bath tub height could have been reduced. Pros- Location, Breakfast
