To state a few, the heater of the room doesn't work. Despite of booking a double bed, the receptionist gave us a bunk bed. After complaining they said they don't have any double bed rooms available, so he gave us the disabled room, in which the cleaning hasn't been done. Or the heating wasn't working at all. After complaining he said because it's spring the temperature settings has been changed. Which wasn't the case, because the lobby was quite warmer than the room. For 2 nights, me and my partner can't sleep and got high fever. That's the worst hotel experience I've ever received. This is my first time booking an IBIS Budget, I'm never gonna make this mistake again.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and I apologize for the numerous issues you encountered during your stay. Firstly, I apologize for the malfunctioning heater in your room and the mix-up with the bed arrangements. It's completely unacceptable that you were not provided with the accommodations you booked and that our team did not address these issues promptly and effectively. Regarding the room assignment, I understand your frustration with being given a disabled room that was not properly cleaned. This falls far short of the standards we strive to uphold for all our guests, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort this caused you and your partner. Regarding our ventilation system, it's accurate that it's quite old and operates in either summer mode or winter mode. This means it can either provide heating or air conditioning, but not both simultaneously. Given that Zurich already reached 25 degrees Celsius and winter temperatures weren't expected again, we switched it to summer mode. Additionally, our building is quite large. We switched it back to heating, but unfortunately it takes a considerable amount of time to affect such a large space. I understand this doesn't improve the situation, but I hope you can understand the circumstances. Your experience does not reflect the level of service and quality that we aim to provide, and I assure you that we take your feedback seriously. I will personally investigate these issues with our team to prevent similar occurrences in the future. - Meet ibis standard - Have microwave and hot water (need to boiled by yourself) - The toilet doesn't have lock and bathroom is only blind for some part. I would not suggest this place for friends.

good service but bad receptionist, Ela

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 8 years now and, apart from one disappointment, all my stays were satisfactory, hence I was coming back. But in my last weekend in there, there was a receptionist called Ela who was very rude to me as I was asking for my invoice. Since I paid my first day in there, I have the right to have the invoice for my company (business trip). This person, Ela, was insisting that the invoice would be issued only the day I would check out. That is a mistake. So please be careful with your staff as she was more pending to be nice to her boss than to the customers of the hotel. Thanks
