The receptionist when we checked-in was very pleasant. Carla is very helpful and nice. The night shift attendant during our last night stay was very nice as well. When my husband asked him to microwave our left-over food so we could eat it, it was prepared nicely to separate plates. It was really nice of him. We really appreciate the hospitality.

The hotel was well situated for a city break, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would have liked to have has a little more storage as there are no drawers. There are also no facilities for making a drink in the room.
