Weekend stay for birthday . Clean and welcoming hotel . Nothing was too much trouble . Bed comfortable . Shower was perfect . Would recommend hotel if you’re up in London. Short walk to Westfield and tube . Restaurants next door and plenty of pubs around . Stayed here as near to abba voyage . Which we caught an Uber to . Only £6.50 .

Overall clean room and fairly quiet with a funky/efficient bathroom and free breakfast, reasonable price for last minute booking. Demerits include a stand to lay your suitcase on is an afterthought, no breadspread - only a comforter with was too hot. Too firm bed, limited TV channels with slow confusing remote. For the price it was the best of the bad options.

We did not enjoy our stay. The staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. Upon reaching our room the whole corridor smelt very strongly of marijuana. This got even stronger later in the day and the next morning. We only had 1 towel in the bathroom, were woken at 3am with very loud noises from bottle bins being emptied outside our room and a group of guests shouting in the corridors. Breakfast was buffet style and was cold and overcooked, quite inedible. When advising front desk of our concerns with the hotel, these were swept under the carpet and excuses made.
