Super friendly staff, especially the breakfast women, who work very hard to put out a super spread. The room looked out towards the Seine, it was a lovely view. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was great to be able to open the windows at night for fresh air - a rarity in Hotels these days. The only negative was that the room was a little small. Otherwise, we loved the location to restaurants, bakeries, and great walking.

Great location as we had to attend a concert at the Maison de la Radio France. Friendly staff with particular mention to Alex who was very helpful and above all the reception manager, Agathe who helped us sort out a problem we had with our booking very efficiently.

The hotel is in a beautiful area, with a perfect position for walking to all the sights and taking public transportation. The room was perfect, and even had a balcony, and the Seine was visible from both windows! The staff was wonderful, every single person working at the reception was kind, helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for more. Extremely clean, just perfect.
