I was very suprised with the level of service and the cleanlines of the room from the last visit. I was not expecting much, but to my suprised, the room which was alocated to be meet the Europian standard. I will definately use Mecure everytime I am at Nelspruit.It is a lot better organised than Randburg and the worse managed Berdford view branch; the reception at Bedfordview were unproffessional and incompetend - not train to deal with client. Bedfordview get worse and worse everytime I visit the place

Excelent hotel to sleep, and that offers a high level of security. I use this hotel for several years, always with the same high level of satisfaction. The only downside is that it has no nightlife, all services are closed too early, and breakfast is very expensive.

I think this is a great hotel, it is close to the mall (right across the road) thus has access to restaurants and shops. It is pretty secure with secure car parking as well. The only problem I have is the carpet in the rooms, I always feel that the room is full of dust from the initial smell of entering the room and being allergic to dust I get a lot of sneezing, I would do away with the carpeting and that would also make for easier maintenance.

Quite a good hotel in terms of pricing/quality, near a shopping mall (just across the road), safe but has no room service after 9:00pm and bar closes early. It has parking available as well and secure since there is a controlled gate.
