I've had a rat in my room at the end of stay, in which caused me to change to another room. That was okay as it could happen but not sure if any countermeasure was taken. In addition, I kept requesting for re-fill of soap in shower room (at least 3 times) but never happened which was not so pleasant. It seems that messages that I informed to front desk personnel, in which he/she told me that the message will be passed on to other employees of the hotel for further confirmation had never been passed on as I never hear any feedback. Lastly, considering the number of room you have, having 1 set of laundry machine (wash and dry, each 1 of them) is just not enough as it causes heavy traffic, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, recommend to have more sets or perhaps to have it inside each room, if space allows, or else, there isn't much point of staying in aparthotel for long period stay. The room was okay, no issue.

I booked this place because we were triple sharing - but there was so many regulations and what not - cleaning is not included unless you stay for 7 days, towels are only replaced after 3 days and only when you ask, you need to clean the kitchen as its not included in the after stay clean, etc. Not really worth the stay...
