The hotel needs renovation

This hotel is one of the worst Ibis hotels I've been to. The room was clean, but the bed was completely uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep. The room had a door to the next room. Everything could be heard from the next room. When I asked to change rooms, the hotel employee said that there were no rooms available. He told me to ask again the next day. This employee was not the least. I should add that there were plenty of empty rooms upstairs. There was no noise protection from the corridor. The restaurant on the ground floor became a beer hall in the evenings. The smell of cigarettes everywhere. I would prefer a refund. It offers nothing more than the Ibis Budget next door.
