no rermote, dirty towels

There was no AC remote in the room, after a long day of travel at 11.00 pm in the night we had to change rooms as they couldn't locate the remote on a very cold night. Some of the towels in the room were not clean as they many stains on them

I have traveled the world and this is the worst room I have ever stayed in. The shower recess is something that should be reserved for a dog to be washed in. I think a jail prison cell might be comparable. Disgraceful !
