Too hot. We stayed only 4 hours!

Arrived after 23.30. Stayed in a room with broken air conditioning. Yes it would set but the air blowing out was very hot. It was impossible! We were quickly invited to move rooms. The air conditioning in the new was a different system, but we found this was also broken! In fact more broken than the last. A totally unresponsive system! Anyway we stayed....... But sadly what was an initially cooler room within a few hours became unbearable and we (family of 4) finally decided to leave at 3.45am, as we were unable to sleep, due only to the extreme heat. It was early May with a daytime temperature of no higher than 15°c. The 1st room temp (on frost) told us the room was 25c - 26c with temp climbing. Crazy! It turned out to be a very high cost for 4 hours non rest. Super disappointed.

The hotel was clean and the personnel friendly. The accommodation was nowhere near as good as any of the other Ibis hotels that I have stayed at. The hotel is in need of a major refurbishment and the breakfast menu should be improved

For an overnight stay, traveling to the Alpes, it is a good stay. The shower does not give any privacy, which is good to know depending on the people in your group. The breakfast is mediocre. There are no charges for your EV. I would be good to consider as there were quite some electric cars on the parking.
