Not the best not the worst. Cons: Rude receptionist booking me in under someone else, air con doesn’t work so always hot room, really run down hotel & rooms, breakfast was next to no options Pros: Lovely man who works on luggage, short walk to Eiffel Tower (what you’re paying for really) Would recommend trying Pullman Hotel next door

The only good thing was the location, however, everything else in terms of room comfort, amenities , services were below par keeping in mind that it’s a 4-star property. My second time in a Mercure hotel and both my experiences were bad, sadly!

The worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Terrible attitude from staff, we asked for more crepes at breakfast, the waitress screamed across the room that breakfast had closed. All staff seem disengaged and have to argue before assisting with anything. This has marred my family vist to Paris. Disgraceful.

The room/suite was perfect for our family of three and duration of stay. We had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower, and everything was in walking distance for us. Staff was welcoming, and whenever we had a problem in our room or needed something, staff was attentive and made sure we had what we needed.

Hotel's staffs were very kind and room condition was pretty quiet. However, it was a pity that the toilet was not ventilated well. If I will vist Paris, I'm going to stay at this hotel. Thank you for nice staffs.
