Location is great for business, close to local airport and business center.Old building, over price, staff unmotivated, poor service and no one speak English!!! Room is nice but super noisy at night, I move my bed to opposite direction, in the next room close to elevator was running a generator!! Also construction in front of the hotel is a plus for your sleep quality.

It's the second time in less then 3 months that I made a reservation at a Mercure Hotel , guarantee my room with a creditt card ,and when I arrive the room I booked is not avaiable.Better than last time, at this hotel at least they still had a room, but it was with two single beds instead of one king bed. I called the reception and they told me that it was the only avaiable one so I must stay at that room. I told about my credit card guarantee reservation, he confirmed that but sais that he'sd not do anything to solve the problem.It was a huge lack of respect late at night.The hotel is ok, a little old, with an breakfast not as good as in other mercure hotels, and they really need to improve their service.

The hotel structure is a bit old and deserves attention. But overall it has a good service and an excellent location. The breakfast needs improvement to. But as I said the Hotel is in a very good location e that in São Paulo is a very good point to consider.
