"No respect for a reservation made... Bad service at all"

It's the second time in less then 3 months that I made a reservation at a Mercure Hotel , guarantee my room with a creditt card ,and when I arrive the room I booked is not avaiable.Better than last time, at this hotel at least they still had a room, but it was with two single beds instead of one king bed. I called the reception and they told me that it was the only avaiable one so I must stay at that room. I told about my credit card guarantee reservation, he confirmed that but sais that he'sd not do anything to solve the problem.It was a huge lack of respect late at night.The hotel is ok, a little old, with an breakfast not as good as in other mercure hotels, and they really need to improve their service.

The hotel structure is a bit old and deserves attention. But overall it has a good service and an excellent location. The breakfast needs improvement to. But as I said the Hotel is in a very good location e that in São Paulo is a very good point to consider.
