I was staying at this hotel just for birthday escape greated by Donna at the front desk. Warm ambience was the first impression at the hotel. Lobby was very piecefull and panoramic at the sometimes. As I came earlier, my room was not ready yet. I decided to come to the health hub and greated by Pauline. She was a great women with her hospitality no doubt about her. All of them were perfect creating truly hospitality. Will definitely come back.

All good except Breakfast needs to be upgraded to international standard. Having travelled world wide found Breakfast just average. There was no Wow factor in it. Although the service and specially the cleaning of tables were very good.

In my opinion, all the services and location of the hotel were very good. I just think that the breakfast did not have much variety and the menu was repeated every day. thank you.
