Motaz at the reception was absolutely phenomenal! Made our stay beyond comfortable! Very professional and friendly! The rooms were super clean and service was top notch! They porters were helpful finding taxis and very efficient! Thank you!

Convenient location, nice to be close to the mall, great room, very clean and really good service. It’s not a ten because the evening buffet at the restaurant was a bit boring.

We were transferred to Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre on 17th April as our original hotel Novotel was fooled by the Dubai adverse weather. From check-in to check-out our whole family had a delightful stay at Pullman. Hotel has pleasant rooms, stunning views, and exceptional service. The hotel's modern amenities and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable. The hotel is also conveniently connected to Deira City Centre Mall, making it perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
