Very friendly staff who listen and help. The receptionist at checkin, Sulochana, and the rest were very good to custemers. The room was not ready on arrival as i arrived earlier than the hotel's usual checkin time, but tried to get mr the room a bit earlier. I am grateful, please thank them.

Everything was excellent except for the hair dryer, which was weak and slow, making it take longer to dry my daughter's and my hair. Additionally, the breakfast menu was repetitive, offering the same choices daily.
