No a la carte breakfast, forced to pay 26 euros for buffet I didn't need or want. TV didn't work properly, couldn't watch BBC News, TV would restart/reset to channel 1 every few minutes Sewage smell would come out of the bathroom, probably from the drain when other rooms flush.

Hrjolls Couples - TripAdvisor review

At arrival we were met by a long haired man, acting like a robot with no smile or “welcome” attitude. Not a good start, but luckily we only stayed one night. The room is okay but it is obviously the hotel is old. The shower head is leaky and the functionality to change to flushing is not working. Despite above the breakfast is really good. In general a hotel I wouldn’t recommend and will not be my first choice

business hotel with a lot of robotics that did not seem to help:-). Breakfast was good. It is a bit sad, that nobody was able to serve drinks in the afternoon. The only reply was: "the bar opens at 5pm"....
