Room was very nice. Only complaint is that it was hard for someone from the outside to call in, as the phone was not answered very often. The other issue is that the hot food at the breakfast was not always hot.

I stayed for a week at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and patient! All great from the housekeeping staff, to the front of house staff and hospitality staff. The hotel was immaculately clean. The rooftop terrace with garden and bar is a real asset with wonderful views over the city. The hotel is well located to explore the city.
