The room we stay in from April 22 to April 25 we received torn towels towels. We were very disappointed, especially for four-star hotel that is not acceptable. The room was stay in on April 28 the window in the room did not open, and it was a very dull window the plastic was melted to the window, making it possible for us to look out .

Very central location, you can reach a lot places of interest within walking distance. Clean hotel, good breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. Rather small room for this price (we stayed a whole week) and a sight just to the wall of the next house...

We had a lovely stay at the Mercure, the location is great, we walked everywhere! The rooms themselves were small but had everything you needed for a weekend stay and very clean. We did have breakfast one morning which was nice and plenty of choice. All of the staff we spoke with were super friendly and always helpful. Would stay here again when returning to Porto!
