"very enjoyable stay"

Hotel had excellent staff, nice modern rooms with relaxing shower, very good and well presented breakfast and nice food. Immediate surrounding area is not very nice as it is the area around the train station, but the hotel itself has big gardens.

I would not choose it again. It is far from railway station - for walk, and not long enough to take a taxi. Soundproof of rooms is extremly below "Mercure standards" - you can hear every noise from corridor and from next room (sometimes the special "noise" of Italian women in action).I would not reccomend it as the best value for money.

We arrived at 10 AM after very bad ferry cross from Corfu (6hours on bad airseat in cold atmosphere). We were very warmlly received, the concierge man gave us a room very quickly, nice large and comfortable. We took a good sleep to recover our forces. The location in a beautiful garden is very spectacular. We received a room with view to railway but it was not so bad because it is very well soudproofed. We recomend the garden view though. We have appreciated the large parking, the largest ever seen to hotel in a big city, and it is free!!! Overall it is a nice hotel, very good staff !

Good Hotel recommended for Leisure & Business , it has a nice restaurant although there are less waiters only 2 for 15 tables. The location of the hotel is around 20 minutes walk from the city center .The rooms are beautiful and very clean the view of the gardens is amazing!THE BREAKFAST IS THE BEST!!!! LARGE WITH ANYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE!

The hotel grounds are great, beautiful gardens and pool, rooms are large and very comfortable. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent. The hotel is close to the train station (Bari Centrale) but otherwise there is nothing around the hotel, not many restaurants or stores. Neighbourhood looks kind of shady so wouldn't walk around much at night.

Everything is OK, I only found unbelievable that a 4 star hotel does not offer free Internet connection, and no wifi connection on the rooms.
