Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Perhaps you would put hair conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom? We would recommend Mercure hotels to our friends.

Well located right next to the Palais de Papes in the centre of Avignon. Lots of restaurants out the front and a short walk to the shops. We were upgraded to a Privilege Room which was very nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Avignon.

This Mercure is in a perfect location, adjacent to the Palais de Papes. Plenty of parking close by and only a short walk away. Breakfast is simple, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, hot eggs and bacon etc. The rooms are well presented and accessible by stairs or elevators. Great staff to help with local queries.

This hotel was a great experience: a warm welcome from the staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, close proximity to the sites, AND affordable rate. Special shout out to the two gentlemen who manned the front desk on March 6 and 7th. They went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again!
