Sofitel always go that little bit extra to make your stay pleasurable. In this case it was the bottle of Brut and the chocolates given to us for my Birthday. We also got a late checkout. The staff are always pleasant and treat you with respect. It's a good size room and the bed is always comfortable. A very pleasurable stay.
