"Novotel Paris Orleans as per the standar of Accor"

The only issue is that today they are refurbshing teh lobby and therefore installation of reception is hectic. Parking for Car is Ok. and Palce of hotel is great to communte to Orly. Metropolitain & Paris transport facilities are closed as well.

Hotel very pleasant and within easy reach of Metro. Staff friendly and helpful. Ideally situated to explore Paris.Reasonably priced except for the car park which was a bit of a shock at 38 Euros for the 2 nights.

"Dirty hotel"

We satyed in room 216. Dirty room. The carpet was so dirty we had to walk with shoes inside. Horribel sofabed, hair in shower and cieling of bathroom. Smell of urin in toilet. Have never stayed in such a dirty 3 star hotel. or was it one star hotel? Will never ever go back or reccomend to friends and family.

"Good place to stay for shopping & some visits"

ideally located to go to the centre of Paris (1 metro or 1 bus trip away) and even Versailles was easy to reach with the tramway and RER. Very friendly receptionists. A bit crowded for breakfast on Sunday

"Great hotel for family visit to Paris"

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days as a family of four. The hotel's location is not in central Paris, but it is highly recommended. The area is clean and safe. There is a supermarket nearby and several restaurants and bakeries. The closest Metro station is on Line 4, which is the main North-South metro line along the center of Paris. You can get to most locations you want with no more than one metro change.The hotel room was the superior one which has a large queen bed and 2 pull-out sleeping sofas so each kid had their own bed. The Internet is free, the AC works great, and the bathroom is great by European standards with a bathtub which the kids love. Our room happened to be on the 8th floor which gave us a great view of the city including a direct sight of the Eiffel Tower.Great hotel choice for our needs.

"what a service"

Staying at this hotel I presented me at the breakfest. There were no plates and no one to ask for plates. after long time suddenly 3 waiters appeared (they had their break? The promised to bring the cofee to the table. After finishing my breakfest I still did not have coffee. I rememberd the waiter, some five minutes later no cofee, because I had to go to a meeting I left without having cofee in the morning. Second day I appeard at 09h28 for breakfest which closes at 09h30. Everything was cleaned, nothing on the plates anymore and they send me to the bar for breakfest (which I had to pay for even if I had a room with breakfest)They surely will not see me again

"May weekend in Paris"

The hotel is located on the Peripherique, and across the road from a metro station. The station is very convenient, because you don't have to change lines to get to the center (Odeon, St Michel, Chatelet). The hotel was clean, the reception helpful and the room quiet, despite being on the side of the peripherique.

The stay has value for money , it is located on prime location which is easily accessble to public transport, super market, pasteries etc.In the restaurant the menu is limited and no choice for vegetarians.
