It was our first visit for mercure, overall it was nice experience, but to give honest feedback such vacation we should expect everything is professional which not happened, one issue happened during the checkout that we suprised that we should pay 315 egp for fresh juices which we didn't request so the reception delayed our check out calling F&B department and getting thr cheque copy then it's has a signature with name of maryam and we don't have any one from the family under maryam name, finally after about 20 min of delay and checking he said that's OK it's not for us. From my side I willn't repeat the experience again in the same place as you such vacation we are trying to refresh and back again to work not to debate with a reception guy about 315 egp !!

As a regular guest, I would like to say that the hotel has its pros and cons, something could have been renovated, breakfasts could have been more varied. But people who work here will definitely compensate for all these minor things, they are friendly, welcoming and they make you feel at home. One of the major improvements that we were really pleased with was the work of the animation team. The activities in Mercure have never been this well organised and planned, guests are really involved all the time, everyone can choose something they like and, what is even more important, they are never pushy or overwhelming. Big appreciation to Mo Salah for his great work, he puts a lot of effort into everything that is going on and makes people really enjoy quality entertainment.
