When making the reservation I booked a large room with 3 single beds. When I checked in I found a twin room with 2 sinlge beds and a camp bed. Far from what the website led me to expect and as shown in their photographs.One member of the party was wheelchair bound and the access was barely adequate despite me informing the hotel of this. We were too tired on arrival to ask for a change but I was not impressed at all.

I picked this hotel up because of its location just outside Tours. From my viewpoint, this is the best choice for tourists planning to go around visiting casles in the Loire and Cher valleys. Tours city center can be easily reached with a 10 min druive, though. The overall impression was that of an hotel vocated to family vacation /resort such as American Holiday Inn Express: free parking lot just outside the main entrance, nearby motorway, free internet connection available,inside restaurant, inside health resort facilities (actually not tested by us but apparently quite popular among guests). People at the reception were very easy and helpful. I cannot say anything about their language skills because I always used French, never attempting using English (nor Italian!). Buffet breakfast not very varied but offering a variety of choices. Warm pancakes and their maple syrup were appreciated by our party. Rooms adequate, bathrooms a little Spartan. The only minor flaw: air conditioning did not work even with an outside temperature around 25 °C (say 77 °F; admittedly uncommon for the season)). Actually, there was a little advertisement explaining that "for ecology reasons" air conditioning is not active before May 1st. Ecology? I would say budget instead! We solved the little problem the old way (windows were not sealed).
