I have stayed at Townsville 3 times the first time my rewards points were placed on someone else's account this has proved to be very difficult to change and still isn't resolved. The food and staff have been great to deal with and the room has always been neat and tidy.

Rude staff ,no WiFi, lights in room non functioning, mosquitoes galore

Dear Otto, Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. Please allow me to begin by apologising for the issues you experienced during your time here. Our WIFI is in the process of being upgraded and I have been advised that the technicians involved had mistakenly turned off the connection, however this was rectified once we found out. Room service can be ordered via the Order Up app and there is a QR code in each room. There is no excuse for the lights not operating properly and this should have been reported by our housekeeping team when cleaning the room. Very dirty rooms

I have stayed in many Accor hotels and this one was a shocker-Inhave never experienced such a dirty room from the carpets, to the curtains, walls etc. I will never stay in this hotel again.
