The location is great, the front desk staff was really helpful. Easy and fast check-in process. Thank you to the staff that keeping my online orders before I arrvied.

There was no sugar, tea in our room. Found the room to be pretty cramped actually. The new day staff still need a fair bit of training when it comes to helping customers...some aren't too friendly. Was quite a letdown as over the years we have always stayed at Ibis Therry St, and we have seen many managers come and go. Really miss the friendly connection the hotel used to offer, after all we live 200 kms away, so it's always been an exciting experience in the past.

No issues other than Accor's payment system

No problems with the Hotel room, staff and location. Accor's "New" payment system is problematic. Pre authorisation and payment glitches seems to be common. As soon as we talked to the hotel about a payment approved then declined once the reconciled, they said it was their new system and had to use a payment terminal "off line" from their system to take payment successfully.

Stay was ok. Rooms need a freshen up to match the price being charged and also the reception area. Better to have individual toiletries instead of all in 1 bottle. Double the pillows in the room would also be good. Location is great.
