Concerning the airconditioning it is a delicate period of time as the weather could be as cold as warm, our building hasn't turn into the aircondioning yet because of this moody weather. Room & room service very good and friendly, reception staff very helpful. Meal was delayed due to an unexpected large party descended upon the restaurant and we were forgotten (having already booked and ordered our food) for almost an hour. The staff did come over and made apologies and reason for delay and provided 2 free drinks by way of apology so was acceptable the end. Reasonable choice of food and drinks. Probably would revisit.

We were welcomed warmly at reception after parking in the underground carpark. Our parking was validated straight away, so there was no charge. We had booked a Privilege Comfort room and cold drinks (free) were in the mini fridge waiting for us. The room was very comfortable, and with a great view of the buildings in the distance. The room overall was very good, but was a little worn in places and the bath didn't hold water. Really minor points. Wish we could've stayed longer. Also, could not see any option to book a suite at this hotel, which we may prefer if we come back.
