"The worst Novotel I have ever visited"

The hotel is generally speaking really poor. Rooms are dirty with horribly old equipment (something around 20 yrs old). Novotel Setubal is located far away from the city centre and pretty close to the motorway. The only positive things are: helpful service and tasty food (breakfast actually). In my opinion this is absolutely not a 4-star standard. I truly do not recommend this hotel - not worth the money you have to pay for it.

Excellent value for money. Descent hotel fulfilling business needs. Wi-fi was slow, nevertheless sufficient. Breakfast and restaurants provided good quality service but with limited choices. For business travelers on the area, is highly recommended
"Not so far from the airport"

The price is acceptable. The hotel is in good condition. The rroms a bit too smal for a family with 2 children. Breakfast is good value for money. There is a swimming pool and a nice garden next to the hotel. To enter the property one has to be careful so as not to miss the signposts or simply use the GPS device. A shopping centre is located across the street.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no restaurants close enough to walk to. Thehotel restaurant food was satisfactory but only the buffet was available. The room was comfortable and clean.
