"Very bad!"

I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very strange behavior of the stuff, not so classy as described and finally the hospitality and genteelness is below my personal expectations.

However, we would have been even more thankful if you had given us more details of what went wrong and did not satisfy your stay. A more detailed description of your stay would have given us the possibility to address your comment and helped readers have a clearer idea. Without any fully justified explanation from you, it looks more like a miserable attempt to discredit our Hotel and work.

"Right in the middle of the action!"

Right close to the Duomo and yet so quiet and comfy. The room was big and the bed inviting. The breakfast selection was generous and the coffee quite good. The dinner menu was not interesting but there are so many restaurants nearby...

"Not a good hotel"

This hotel suffers from the service and room quality. Our stay was not at par with the other Accor group hotel (especially Venice MGallery). Venice Accor hotel was far superior as compared Florence Accor hotel.

"Wonderfull"

So much more than I expected. This front desk was so helpful and experienced at what they do. Cannot think of anything I did not like. What a beautiful city!

Stayed two nights on a leisure trip. Great location between the train station and Duomo. Just a few blocks from each. Room was very comfortable and surprisingly large.

Good value for money, centrally located, very convenient for the visitors. You can reach by walk from the Central Railway station, but it would be difficult if you carry heavy luggages. For shopping, sight seeing, food, etc., this is the best place to stay in

In Firenze, localization is all. And that's exactly what this hotel has as its best. If you add this to the very nice staff (something difficult to find in Italy), you are sure to have a great stay.

"Sad and dark"

The room was just sad and dark, the kind of place you are not looking forward to come back after a long day out in Florence. Most of the TV channels were not working. Wires were apparent along the walls...The reception and bar area were as gloomy as the room.

"A great place to stay."

Stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it. Very friendly staff who are all well versed in English which helped immensely. The room was well presented and spacious. Internet, whilst not free was at a very generous rate. Evening aperitifs in the bar were should not be missed. Cristian, who looks after this area does a fantastic job and is most hospitable and has a good knowledge of wines in around the region. The location was very central in the city and only a brief walk to the train or bus station and very handy to a number a great cafes and restaurants nearby.

"Good location and room size but average service"

The location is very good and restaurants, sights and shopping is easily accessible by foot but if you're driving there, prepare to be confused and lost even with a GPS. Overall service was generally good but the front desk was not interested to help and give advice. The front desk told me why don't I look for the information on the internet myself. Why bother having concierge service if you are not willing to help!!!

"Fun in Florence"

A delightful hotel with friendly helpful staff. Ideally located within proximity to the railway station , restaurants, shops, and sightseeing locations. All within walking distance. If you're planning a trip to florence then I would reccommend this hotel. I will certainly be back if I ever get the opportunity.

Fantastic Location! Walk to Train Station - 3 min. Walk to Duomo - 2 min. Centrally located in the heart of Florence. Restaurants, cafes, museums, ATMs and shops all easily accessible within minutes. Hotel staff very helpful, supplying quality information for day trips and taxi to the airport.

"Lovely Hotel"

Lovely hotel, fabulous location right next to Domo, can walk to everything, hotel staff was very helpful with map and good suggestions. Nice room with a large comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Parking was extra 35 euros but still a good value.
