Second time that we have stayed for B&B at this ibis hotel. Throughout the hotel the staff were excellent and always very helpful. The room, including an on-suite bathroom was exceptionally clean with good facilities. The triple glazed windows meant that the room was very quiet at night particularly as the hotel is virtually in the centre of Birmingham. The buffet breakfast was superb and staff in that area well organised in providing a very good service which was well monitored by the excellent Raju.

The ibis is only a 5 minute walk from New Street Station. The room was clean and included tea and coffee making facilities a hair dryer and a nice shower. The bed was comfortable. A great place for an overnight stay.

I stay in Birmingham for work often and have tried many hotels. This is always my first choice because of how friendly, helpful and welcoming the staff team is. Great breakfast and lovely atmosphere downstairs. Would love the rooms to have a bit of an update/refresh though they are spotlessly clean.
