breakfast is disappointing. The bathroom is very small compared with other Ibis hotels (e.g. Gent)

While our central location is highly appreciated for its convenience, we understand from your feedback that the ease of access presented a challenge. We also take note of your remarks regarding the quality and availability of food and beverages. Although we do not have an in-house restaurant, we are situated in close proximity to a variety of dining options at the Old Market Square to cater to our guests' needs. Regarding the breakfast experience you found disappointing, we always aim to offer a satisfying start to the day with our all-you-can-eat buffet and will reflect on your comments to see how we can enhance this offering. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the bathroom size, which is designed to be compact yet functional, including our high-quality Sweet Bed by ibis for your comfort. Had a really good stay at this hotel - staff were fantastic providing with excellent service to all our requests and nothing was too much trouble. Location great for bars restaurants sites etc. Only one issue although we slept well the mattress was comfortable but did not easily stay in place.

We were checked in with great efficiency and allocated room 504. We went to bed just after 12 but unfortunately were awakened by guests taking in the corridors and smoking. this went on for quite a while. We were informed in the morning that the guests had been removed by the police. We have used the hotel before and had no problems.
