"enjoyed our stay.........would return again"
2nd October 2012, heather102, Epsom, United Kingdom
Only two "glitches" (1) Because my friend could not get through to the UK on her mobile we tried to phone from our room. The buttons on the phone did not work, they stuck in the down position. Reception /office was very helpful.(2) Unlike your Boulogne (Old Town) hotel Riems Centre did not have tea/coffee making facility in the room. This is something UK guests like. There are many good points to make.Staff polite & helpful.Hotel so close to rail stationSo close to town...easy walking distance to all attractions & restaurantsNice to have regional foods at breakfast eg. orange cake. etcRiems is a clean & most interesting city. Fantastic history/ historic buildingsgood shopping & wonderful champagne (chalk caves)Would recommend any site seeing guests to book a trip to the Mountagne de Riems & visit the producers with Christian Jolly. Cris-event Tel 03 26 88 26 37 email cris_mont@msn.comWe enjoyed our visit very much & already talking about returning in a few years time!
"Good hotel near the town center"
3rd August 2012, paolo030, Bruxelles, Belgio
Typical Ibis, usually (as in this case) always a garantee of good ratio quality/price. Just few minutes walking from the town center and then what to say about Reims? simply fantastic! both for all the monuments to see and for the night-life! sure suggested!

Great location! Walking distance across the park to center of town...Staff helpful and parking close.
"Once Again Reliable"

Excellent city centre hotel at an affordable price. Great breakfast and comfortable beds. Friendly staff and all services available but no car park.
"No problems with this hotel"

No problems with this hotel - great stay and value for money - all up tot he usual Ibis/Accor standard.
"Good price near the railway station"
4th May 2012, kpm_hki, Helsinki, Finland
Clean, simple hotel and a tiny room for an affordable price, not far from the city centre. Buffet breakfast worht the price. Ask a room facing the street, not the railway station! Noise from the railroads was coming even through a closed window. Despite of this, we had to keep the window open, because air conditioning in our room did not work!
"Conveniently situated, clean ... that's it"
3rd April 2012, Paris, France
The hotel is conveniently situated, a few steps away from the train station. The hotel premises and the room are clean. That's it. Don't go there to enjoy the beauty of Reims: the hotel surroundings are ugly, the room is small, the bathroom is ridiculous. No storage, not even a place for your suitcase. I wander if the Ibis people and management ever use the room they rent out to their "guests"!
"Ibis Reims"

The hotel was much as expected - no frills but perfectly adequate and good value. The staff were helpful and pointed us toward good restaurants for supper. Breakfast was good and again very good value
"Great location, hard to find by auto"
27th September 2011, Sarasota, Florida
We had been to Reims seven years ago and stayed at another location (Crystal) It was cramped and too small of a room for this trip) This hotel was next to the train station. We got off the wrong exit of the A 4 (#23). We had a heck of a time finding the hotel. We finally d\found the train station. The Ibis in behind a car rental building and not visable for the street. Once we found Avenue Foch we deduced rhe location by address. then saw the signs. Rooms small, staff speak English. Reims always a good visit for Americans. We toured a Champaign Cellar and love the town Center and magnificent Cathedral. Best restaurant and value--Brasserie Martin at 32, Place Drouet D'Erlon.
"Excellent value for money"
8th September 2011, London, United Kingdom
Stayed here as a base to explore the Champagne district. Was located right outside train station, 5 min walk to restaurants/shops, the staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money, the room we stayed in had been refurbished and was an ok size. Free wifi was great.
"Reims Ibis - a good place to stay"
3rd September 2011, Oxford, United Kingdom
Good central position.Hotel is in process of upgrading double glazing but rooms with even numbers are facing away from the railway station and are very quiet. Very helpful reception staff and as always very good value breakfast. Will always use IBIS if available based on this and past experience.
