"Stopover and Parking"

We used this hotel to stop over for onr nigh between the Aude and Calais. It is a typical Ibis hotel with and without the features you would expect from that chain. There is a basement car park that is a bit of challenge if you have a longer car so check in before parking and get the discount rate at the Gambetta public car park which is spacious and has good security.

not too far from old town centre, clean, very friendly staff (reception and cleaning staff as well), clean room, comfortable bed, FREE wifi!!! :) missed only a kettle, but maybe this is provided only in UK ibis-es.

We have stayed at Ibis Orleans (Rue Marechal Foche) several times before. It provides excellent value for money, clean, comfortable and reliabe accommodation. Parking under the hotel is very convenient and spacious. Breakfast is excellent value and provides a good range of options. Finally, the staff are unfailingly polite, welcoming and helpful. This is definitely the place we always choose to stay at when in Orleans.

Good overall deal and short walk from the centre. Restaurant offers simple and reasonably priced food. Shower room and toilet perfectly clean but not untypically for this standard of hotel the toilet is unergonomically positioned too close to the opposite wall for averagely tall people. Quiet.

The hotel was excellent value for money, we would recommend to one & all,Our only problem was finding the Hotel because of all the road works in Orleans,every road we needed to turn into was closed. so we were very frustrated by the time we arrive,

A convenient stop over on the journey to south of france.No frills but everything we required at a reasonable price.A clean and practical facility with comfortable accomodation.Staff were friendly and helpful, good buffet breakfast facility.

Good clean hotel in a convenient location. We were able to drive straight to the hotel, park in a secure area. After checking in we then able to walk the short distance into the town centre. Whilst the rooms were a little small they were clean and and comfortable. Given the price of the rooms it was excellent value.

+ the room was ok, and staff also ok-the shower was so durty that I was obliged to take a shower with my shoes on.Breakfast was quite poor, without fruit, we were obliged to ask for croissants, bread, etc; and everyone in the breakfast room had to do thesame if they wanted to eat

We have stayed in this IBIS hotel on our way to and from the South of France for the past 6 years and have never been disappointed with the level of service, helpfulness of the staff. Easy access to the town centre and the autoroute is another big plus. The hotel is very good value for money and we will be staying there next year again.

"perfect hotel to visit Orleans"

Location is perfect, in about 10 minutes walk you are in the center of town. The staff was friendly and helping, spoke English perfectly. Room was clean, bit on the small side but if you only stay a few days it is no problem. Internet was free (not sure this is always the case), so definitely a bonus there!Breakfast was affordable and good: everything was there what you can need for a good, healthy breakfast
"Good value hotel but service was disappointing"

The hotel is quite good, what you'd usually expect from Ibis - clean rooms, good bed etc. The receptionist however was rude, not welcoming at all and made us feel like we were intruding or something. The when we were checking out, she tried to charge us for breakfast which we hadn't had. So service was very disappointing.
