I spent two days at this hotel while in and around Moscow and found it spacious and excellent value for money. The restaurant food was good although service was a little slow at times, even so, all the staff were courteous and attentive.

I stayed in Novotel Sheremetyevo for 2 nights as this hotel had the closest location to the airport and affordable price. Comparatively to Radisson Blue, which connected to the airport with special walking corridor, the price in Novotel was twice cheaper. Moreover, for gold members of Accorhotels, the Novotel offers more benefits and wider options making stay more flexible and comfortable. Plus: - good shuttle bus service connecting to terminals within minutes - close distance to the airport if you want/need to be there within 2-3 min - soundproof rooms and noiseless surrounding = comfortable sleep - very good facilities (swimming pool, restaurants, etc) - affordable price for this level of service/property - there is a bath in the room (for me it is preferred option over the shower) - free of charge water, tea, coffee in the room - iron board and iron are available in the room - room size is good - * for gold members there is free upgrade to better room, wellcome drink and late check-out Minus - I would only mention one minus which may not be applicable to all travelers, but being a frequent traveler this point matters for me. There should be a priority line for check in/out for Accorhotel members of silver, gold and platinum status. In addition, check-in/out can be done directly in the room for such members. I booked the room on Accorhotels website, all details were already provided, perhaps I had to stay in queue for check in and had to provide all details repeatedly. Note: for last 12 month I spent 2 month cumulatively in various Accorhotels group hotels. In overall, the experience with Novotel Sheremetyevo is close to 8.5 from 10 points. I definitely will stay again and I recommended other travelers to stay.

Nice hotel. Location really convenient. Room clean but shower ...disaster. English spoken....too limited. Restaurant with too high prices expecially for wines. Hall and general services are very nice and good looking

Here is my story! I arrived with my 4 year old at the SVO at 23:00. To my surprise the lady at the desk at SVO informed me that since I don't have a Russian visa, I cannot get transferred to NOVOTEL (the only floor for visitors without visa) to MY ROOM that I PAID FOR 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE!!!!! Ruled changed on JUne1st, and absolutely nobody from your hotel bothered to inform me that I cannot stay at your hotel. You took my money and provided zero service! Since I had 13 hour layover, I had no choice but to get to the capsular motel in the terminal F with my crying, exhausted baby, and pay another 90 dollars to get a few hours of sleep at SVO! I'd like to thank you for providing zero information about the change of the rules to travelers booking your room at your hotel without visa. I had a correspondence with the workers at the NOVOTEL at your hotel reassuring me, my room will be waiting for me. I want my money back. The visit and stay and the SVO was extremely stressful! NEVER AGAIN!

Even though I am a loyal Accor Hotels client with Silver status, I was not offered a welcome drink... Furniture was old, as well as the room itself, transparent toilet paper... Staff was unprofessional, and not welcoming, too

Just 5 mins from Sheremetyevo Airport. There are a hotel-bus pick up at the airport, in every 20 mins. Ask information desk, where to go. If, you are the Accor member, probably you can book with discount rates. Generally, hotel staffs are not caring the guest. Do not expect warm-welcoming, or, outstanding service. It's a transit hotel. They don't give a damn about guest. Bring a couple of Russia Rubble for meals. They do not bill to room, you need to pay immediate cash, or, credit cards. Rooms are small, but, functions enough to lay down for one night. Restaurant at the hotel is only one place to have a meal, not a diverse choice of selection. There are no mini-bar in the room as well.

Let me mention, please, that in our hotel there all the necessaire for the guests which have time between their flights. There are three categories of rooms in the hotel and we often do upgrade for the members of Accor. Near the elevator we have ATM where you can change money if you need cash to pay in the restaurant or bar, but they accept credit cards. Upon the request to the reception desk we provide a room with mini-bar, because it is not in all rooms in our hotel. As for staff, we will organize additional trainings for reception staff on friendliness and helpfulness. I want to assure you that situation of that kind is an exclusion for Novotel Sheremetyevo Airport. We try to make our hotel comfortable and provide our guests with good level of service. An excellent spot if you have an early flight from SVO. The Buffett breakfast which opens at 0530h is great. Will make this my routine for flying out of Moscow. Service staff are kind and helpful. A great way to pamper oneself before the hassle of air travel.

The Hotel is very very convenient for the airport (only 4mins by shuttle to Terminal D) and the overall standards are fine (very good rooms and a reputable restaurant). Therefore my complaint is only related to the treatment I expected as an Accor Platinum member. Normally in other Accor Hotels, I really get special attentions (upgraded room, some special staff in the room, etc..); I didn't get any of them here. However I strongly suggest this Hotel for those travellers who have needs to the Sheremetyevo airport.

Both the service and the state of the equipment needs to be seriously changed. The old TV in the room only showed one channel, the technician came to fix it, spent half an hour and did nothing. The bed for our son was not prepared and it took the housekeeping some time to come
