"Great locations"
28th December 2012, Singapore
Great locations and walkable from St Lucia station. Very near from bus station, less than 2 minutes walk. Furniture in room a little old but have a nostalgic effect. Breakfast is very good with good spread. Overall a good stay
"Perfect in a honeymoon"
8th November 2012, amrdeus, Porto Alegre
Well, Venice by itself is a paradise for honeymoon, but staying in a MGallery hotel can even improve it. Ok, the hotel suffers a little bit about the Venice limitations, it's a old building with small lifters (we barely could enter if another couple were already in), but it was definitely one of the most charming hotels I ever stayed.Between it's pros, I believe that being near (walking distance even with bags) the train station and only three bridges away is a high point. We stayed in a room facing the Tolentini channel, not the most beautiful view in Venice but enough to make you fell it's charm. The bedroom was classic and the bed was superb. A really enjoyable sleep we had. As a Platinum guest we also received some gifts (champagne and snacks) as a surprise after our first walk trough Venice maze, sorry, streets :)Venice is definitely a top destination for honeymoon and if you plan to be near, give it a try. But what I saw, the only reason for choosing another hotel is don't be carrying bags (believe me carrying bags in Venice streets my destroy your vacations) and want to see the Grand Canal view. Otherwise, Papadopoli is a excellent choice.
"Met our expectations"
2nd November 2012, Anon38, NSW
Hotels in Venice are not cheap, but this one is reasonable and met our expectations. Close to Santa Lucia Train Station and an enjoyable 20-30 min walk to Piazza San Marco. Nice and quiet away from the main tourist hub. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms. Dining room is nicely decorated in forest theme and good breakfast spread. Nice welcome drinks for Accor members. Would stay here again.
"Best Location....."
28th October 2012, YKFat, HOng Kong
We did stay one night post cruise vacation. The hotel is near the Cruise Ship terminal (via 2mins People Mover -Train cost 1euro). Also, the hotel is just few mins away from the airport bus terminal (Piazzale Roma) as well as the water bus station via great canal towards Piazzale San Marco........
"Good quality hotel"

Only around 10 minutes walk from the Santa Lucia railway station and only have a get pass 2 bridges. Front desk is nice, friendly and patient. Visitors will get lost for there are so many bridges together with impatient front desk. There is also not much hotels under internatiional brand name in Venezia. The environment is fantastic and you need to take a picture in the cafe where you take breakfast. There are welcome gift also.Tips for finding it easily. Turn left when you get out from the Venezia S.L., there is a bridge in front of you. There will be certain people asking you if you want them to help to carry the luggage. Turn right after crossing the first bridge. Walk straight along the canal bank until you find another bridge (of small size), cross the bridge and turn left immediately. Walk along a narrow road along the small canal. The beautiful hotel is there when you turned right to the corner. I called the hotel reception and ask the way, they will tell you to turn right after walking out from the Venezia S.L.
"Great place to stay for Venice"
29th September 2012, willyman0282, Laredo
The hotel is located just a few min walking distance from the train station, so you can conventiently reach this hotel without water taxi. The room I got had a great view where you can oversee the canal; wife really loved that. The staff is very friendly, gave me great information on the city sights, tips on transportation and food. The room is top notch with a very comfortable bed and and a nice little welcome package. Althought I had to pay some extra fee, the breakfast is awsome with an impressive selection of cheese, pastry, and drinks. The wife and I loved it for our short stay in Venice.
"Perfect stay"
23rd September 2012, Traveltwo8, Shanghai, China
This hotel is within 5 minutes walk to the bus terminal, and water shuttle stop. It is within walking distance from major historical sites. We were invited to enjoy a cocktail in the bar upon arrival. We took a room facing the canal and was surprised to find our spacious well appointed room opened to a lovely large balcony. What a romantic setting! The breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed a lovely dinner the hotel offered to hotel guests at a special price. The hotel is staffed with a group of pleasant and friendly people, who responded to our questions and requests with warmth and efficiency. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"Nice quiet place to stay."
4th September 2012, Ro A, Newnan, Georgia, USA
This hotels strong point is its location. It is close to The Train station, Vaporetto station, and the taxi drop off point for Venice. It takes less than five minutes to walk from the taxi drop off point to the hotel with only one bridge to cross. There were only two bridges to be crossed on the way to the train station. Breakfast is not free! It was 20 Euro's per person. We went across the canal and had breakfast for 5 Euro's each. WiFi is not free. I did not use WiFi while there. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

27th August 2012, arlenebratz, Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Stayed here because of the tour that was starting 2 days later. very close to train station and water bus system so could get around easy and still a 10 to 15 walk to Rialto Bridge but very easy to go to. Great that it had its own spot for the private water taxi to unload from airport.Very comfortable rooms and great buffet breakfast. Very pleasant staff
"Wonderful hotel with excellent service"
19th August 2012
My husband & I stayed here a couple of days in May 2012. Our stay here was excellent from the minute we checked in. Wonderful service and very helpful, courteous staff. We had dinner in the restaurant located in the hotel where we found the food, wine and service to be exceptional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Hotel is a short walk to the train station which is convenient for those arriving or leaving by train. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
