We stayed at the Am Konzerthaus for 4 days at the end of April 2024. This hotel was exceptional, the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional and made our stay really special. The information from reception was so helpful. The hotel rooms were very well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional offering quality produce and a very wide selection to suit all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel, it is located within walking distance to key attractions and parks. The rail and underground networks are close by giving easy access to the airport. Superb customer care and attention to details making for a really special stay.

We booked via Jet2. A modern hotel in a quiet area. It’s about a 10 min walk to the main Stephensplatz area. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We contacted them in advance to book a taxi for us from Vienna airport and they arranged a fixed fare of 55 euros for this 20 min trip. Housekeeping did a great job – very clean and tidy. Free water replenished daily. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also a free to use safe. WIFI was free and worked fine. Bed was comfortable and we had individual duvets. There was a Billa mini supermarket nearby – close to the back entrance of Belvedere. We booked dinner at a fondue restaurant- Restaurant Chamaleon near Stephansplatz and loved it –We also went to Al Borgo Italian and that was great too.
