Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 4.0 out of 5 stars "A bit better would mean a lot"

11th May 2012, Chicago

This hotel is perfect if you like to stay close to the airport for a flight. Would definitely use it again. However, here are some points I would raise:Diner: the food was OK, while pricey for the size. Also the wait was close to too long.Breakfast: good value and would be enjoyable if we didn't have to listen to the very loud employee complaining about pretty much everything (only one out of the 3 there)Check out: don't expect a late check out, no matter what your reward level is.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Mercure, Paris Roissy"

well located clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff. One can walk to the charming village of Roissy where there are restaurants and shops. If staying near DeGaulle airport it is a perfect choice.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 3.0 out of 5 stars "One night at CdG"

24th March 2012, Heemstede

Very convenient for a night at the airport foran early next day departure. Allow 20 mins for the shuttle to the terminals.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 2.0 out of 5 stars "Outdated promo / No promo points / not happy"

1st March 2012, Amsterdam, The Netherlands

I booked for myself and two colleagues because there was a promotion which read ===Nights & Flavours All included offer : Night + breakfast + lunch or dinner + a Michelin guidebook offered + 500 points offered for A|Club members === The people at the front desk were not aware of the promotion so I had to ask for it and then find the booking confirmation in my email to prove it.Later that evening we received the Michelin guidebooks which are outdated, 2011 versions.I have yet to received the additional 500 point bonus as stated in the promo. The hotel itselft is nice but I'm not satisfied with the disconnect between hotel marketing and the hotel staff.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Mercure CDG"

6th February 2012, Haarlem

My 3rd stay here, and it was as good as always. The room was nice with a good bed. Front-desk staff is friendly, the location of the hotel suits me very well. I came by car, and parking was free. But there is also a hotel-shuttle to the terminal. Dinner was good, and the breakfast buffet had good assortment.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Templar Tour"

7th October 2011, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada

I always always at the Mercure Allee de Vergers for value and great service. I have staryed there for over 5 years and have never had a problem which was dealth with profesionally and very much on time. Great hotel wiht friendly profesional staff who are well lead by management

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 4.0 out of 5 stars "It's a Mercure it is goo but not best value"

15th June 2011, Tri_man_UK, United Kingdom

Good service and like all Mercure a really nice restaurant and Bar offering, although typically pricey as per all airport hotels.this hotel is off the airport site and the shuttle buses are chaotic and slow so stay on airport if you can, otherwise a nice place to stay if not really great value. Note WiFi is free so do not buy a package including wifi through Expedia as I did only to find it was already included.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Large rooms & bath"

8th June 2011, rexaboyd

This was our 3rd night at an Accor hotel this trip. We thought the others were nice but the CDG location exceeded the others. Very nice staff. We didn't dine at the hotel but if it was like the others, the quality is generally good at this chain.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Knowledge of Staff and Communication"

2nd June 2011, Houston

We spent a long time at the airport trying to interpret the information from the desk staff about how to get to the hotel shuttle. We finally found someone at the airport who could help us. It would seem to me that since this is an airport hotel that the staff should be able to give exact and helpful information to guests who do not speak French. We also felt that the breakfast was overpriced.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Very good"

13th April 2011, Haarlem

Have stayed here before, it's a good and affordable hotel, close to CDG. I usually come by car so don't have to worry about the airport-shuttle.Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, checking in/out is efficient, breakfast-buffet is good. I will come back...

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 4.0 out of 5 stars "PV FEBRUARY 2011"

15th February 2011, Bradford

The hotel is very good but expensive. Many hotels in the area now include breakfast in the price.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Roissy en France Mercure"

15th February 2011, La Ferté Macé

liked the location which is of course close to CDG, food is good, rooms are good, bathroom acceptable. Ideal for an overnight stay before an early flight. Service is less than attentive in the bar as the staff also serve drinks to the restaurant which they prioritise. And the car park is expensive, but they all are along the Allée Verger so overall would go back again.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Free internet access"

11th February 2011, Gent

Price vs quality good as I took the dinner included formula. Good diner, clean hotel. Only remark : getting from the airport to the hotel not that easy.

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Perfect Hotel for a short stay near Airport"

7th January 2011

We have stayed at Mercure Paris Roissy CdG for a short night stay, between two flights. Perfect for this purpose!

Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Excellent overnight stay before flight"

29th December 2010, San Carlos, CA, USA

This was an excellent choice for an overnight stay before our flight the next day. Well-situated in the section of Roissy full of other hotels. Very comfortable very clean room with a super comfortable king-size bed. It was nice to have in the room a hot water boiler although it would have been nicer to have a coffee maker for drip coffee rather than instant. The only problem in the room that we encountered was that the shower partial door did not do its job - water leaked all over the floor. The restaurant is excellent. The menu offered interesting choices and the food was very tasty. Although we didn't take breakfast the next morning, we appreciated the fact that a buffet breakfast is available from 5-5:30 am.The staff - front desk, housekeeping and restaurant - were friendly, efficient and helpful. We had a car and parking was available for 9 euros/day . it took us 3 min. from the hotel to get to the rental car location. This was the first time we stayed in a Mercure hotel and we will definitely stay here again.
