"Great Location and Price for Frankfurt Messe Visitors"

My business colleagues and I have stayed at this hotel for more than 18 years and would not think of staying anywhere else when visiting Frankfurt trade shows. It is conveniently located to the Messe. The rooms are always an oasis after a busy day at the show. The amenitities are great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I don't ask a lot from a hotel. Cleanliness, a comfortable bed and polite service. Unfortunately when asking the whereabouts of an iron and ironing board I was instructed to got to the 'hotel over the road' and complete my ironing there. Suffice to say, when booking next years Motorshow hotel for the 20-30 delegates we will not be staying here.Otherwise, it was clean, friendly and the food was good. Shame that the details spoil an otherwise good hotel.

Although I was a single person staying in a double room with a double bed, I was surprised to find the bed had only a single quilt and one pillow.I had booked early and asked for a room near to the lift as I had recently had a knee operation. However, my room was about as far from the lift as it could be.That ssaid, the room was clean and the breakfasts were very good as were the 2 dinners which I ate in the hotel.Checkout was surprisingly quick.

This was the first Accor Hotel that allowed me to upgrade my room due to my platinum status. The up-graded room was great and the staff extremely helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel is right on the #17 busline (one block down from the stop) which gets you down to the main train station in less than 10 minutes. Not a whole lot of places to eat close by but a few.
