From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the staff was so nice. Especially with directions! Breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Checked in late on Monday, very smooth experience. Breakfast option was rich and comparable to many hotels I've stayed before. Dinner experience was a bit of disaster as I had to wait 45 min for my main course, which also didn't arrive complete as fries were missing. After ordering a dessert again there was a problem with my order and I have to wait for it 30 min. I was offered a complementary drink, but I've left the restaurant disappointed. The floor staff and manager should have been more aware of what is happening on the floor. Esspecially after an initial problem with my main course, they should be in touch with the kitchen to assurre the ticket for the dessert reached them. Check out supper easy with an option to store the luggage.

Had a free upgrade which was superb which gave it a high score, however, would’ve been a 10 if it’s not for the stuffiness in the room, felt like the air cond wasn’t doing anything, room felt unventilated.

Good location, not soo good room

We stayed at the INK for two nights. The location is very good, with easy access to the town and public transit. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The shower was terrible, with virtually no pressure and the AC seemed to not turn on. It was 45 degrees Fahrenheit outside but uncomfortably warm in the room. We had to open our window to cool down the room, which let in rain and the smell of weed all night. I'd recommend finding a hotel in the vicinity but perhaps with better rooms than the INK.

I enjoyed three nights at INK Hotel Amsterdam for work. I had a King Room which was large and spacious, although a little on the dark side as I was on Level 1. Despite being in the city center the room was well sound proofed. The breakfast was great. The reason i rated it 9 was due to the incredibly helpful and warm receptionist that checked me in, as a female traveler on their own she was excellent at making me feel comfortable and secure - she also gave me great tips on places to go and Uber Eats. The reason I didn't rate it a 10 was because they only leave two tiny UHT milks as part of the in-room tea/coffee offering despite having a massive fridge and they failed to replenish this on one occasion. Its in the detail.
