ibis Brussels Airport: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Basic airport hotel"

22nd January 2013, RRRoberta, Parma, Italia

Basic and straightforward, no frills airport hotel. If you've stayed in an Ibis hotel before, they are all the same so do not expect anything different. I was there for business and did not have time to "explore" the surrounding. Had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and it was ok.

ibis Brussels Airport: 1.0 out of 5 stars "Poor"

12th January 2013, johncope55, Hinckley, United Kingdom

The restaurant wasn't open and we have experienced this with their Novotel hotels as well. We chose this hotel so we could use the twin beds as a king but the mattress would not stay in position. This is definately a budget hotel.

ibis Brussels Airport: 3.0 out of 5 stars "good room but food spread is not good for vegetarians"

10th September 2012, balamukundan n, chennai

rooms werevery clean and definitely ok for a night halt. being a vegetarian, food selection was bad and the one item available was also terrible. the dessert was also terrible! serious scope fr improvement on this count.

ibis Brussels Airport: 4.0 out of 5 stars "good sleep"

2nd July 2012, Turnhout, Belgium

recommended for an early flight! Good bed and close to the airport. You can arrive at any time. Comfortable room and a nice and clean bathroom.

ibis Brussels Airport: 4.0 out of 5 stars "great value"

7th June 2012

Staying over at Ibis simply means value for the money you pay.Ibis is definately one of my favorite hotel chains.

ibis Brussels Airport: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Basic and simple hotel"

8th August 2011, Pune

Convinent hotel for a short stay in case you have trasit at Brussels . Got a free airport shuttle but timing is restricted only available in morning 6am -10.30am and in evening 6 pm to 10.30 pm, if you arrive or want to leave at any other time need to pay 17 euro for a very short drive(3-4 KM) by taxi and taxi driver will make bad face at you because he is expecting customer who will be going city centre

ibis Brussels Airport: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Convenient location"

4th July 2011, Montreal

Quiet and convenient location for an overnight stay before flying back to Canadavery courteous staff, clean and comfortable room; everything worked. As well, the airport shuttle service to and from the hotel was on-time, as per the schedules provided. We can certainly recomment this hotel to anyone needing a no frills, clean, quiet andcomfortable room.

ibis Brussels Airport: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Not expensive hotel close to Brussels airport"

27th June 2011, Bourgas

Arriving at the shuttle bus stop at the Brussels airport was please to see that it was possible to call and ask for a shuttle bus even after the last hour in the time table. The bus came rather fast after we called. The service in the hotel was good. Unfortunately the restaurant closes rather early, but it is possible to order some meals at the bar. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The noise insulation is not very good. There were busses on the parking and the drivers were starting the engines rather early, so I waked up much earlier than planned. However, in general my stay at this hotel was acceptable and I could recommend it.

ibis Brussels Airport: 3.0 out of 5 stars "WiFi"

23rd June 2011, Copenhagen

Hotel ok as such, but as a business traveller it is nowadays out of normality to have to pay a high hourly/rate for a simple internet connection. Will make me stay in annother hotel next time. Also the breakfast buffet quality does not fit the price. Would be ok if included.

ibis Brussels Airport: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Fine for airport stopover"

17th June 2011, Moscow

Convenient to Brussels airport and easy to find, but you need a car. Quiet, business-park location with easy parking is an advantage if your main objective is a good night's sleep, but not much else happening and nowhere to eat other than the hotel restaurant. Typical Ibis in other respects - unpretentious and good value.

ibis Brussels Airport: 2.0 out of 5 stars "Don't Stay Here if You Want Some Sleep"

3rd June 2011, Lincoln

Basic hotel at a premium price because of its location. Not great if you want any sleep due to the uncomfortable beds and pillows and, more importantly, because of the paper thin adjoining doors between rooms that make you feel like you are sleeping in the same room as your snoring neighbouring guests. Friendly but over-worked restaurant staff but grumpy reception staff. Best avoid and stay in the nearby Holiday Inn instead.

ibis Brussels Airport: 1.0 out of 5 stars "So very overpriced"

2nd June 2011, Arlington, Virginia, USA

"Breakfast is from 6:30 to 10 in the room next door." Okay, cool. Unstated anywhere by sign or staff was that those scrambled eggs and tostis would cost us 14 euro (!) a person. Internet? Cha-ching. Rooms? small and ramshackle and slightly dingy, featuring a nonworking TV and stale ciggy odor and two twin beds pushed together into a 'double', none of which would be a big deal if we weren't paying 109 euro for a night. We just wanted somewhere to crash near the airport after a week traveling around Europe, and paid a bit extra expecting a decent hotel. Could have stayed at the adjacent Formule Une motel, and payed half as much for the same crap lodging.
