"Clean and central"
6th March 2013, wrldtravelorAtlanta, Atlanta
This was a good hotel for the price in the center of the action. Short walk to the train and the plaza. The staff was curtious and quick. I would certainly stay there again. One other great thing; the take American, non chip, credit cards. That was a godsend.

Excellent location for exploring the city, 5 minutes walk from Markt and Burg Squares.Good selection of eateries close by, many galleries and museums within walking distance. Hotel was quiet, with a pleasant bar; room was very comfortable, but tea and coffee making facilities would be a welcome addition.Much cheaper to book in advance on the Accor site, as the walk in rate is double what we paid online. We would definitely use this hotel again.
"Bruges Ibis Centrum Hotel"
22nd February 2013, TallDEH, St. Albans, United Kingdom
Just back from 3 nights in Bruges. Stayed in the Ibis Centrum which more than met our requirements and expectations. Hotel was clean, warm and very comfortable. Room was of an adequate size for 2, again clean with one of the most comfortable beds that we have experienced in any hotel. No fridge, no tea/coffe facilities in the room but for the money this was fine and it was an inconvenience. Good location as the train station was a 10 min scenic walk and the centre within 5 mins. I would recommend this to anyone wanting quality for money.
"A disappointment"
7th February 2013, Sunsengniem, Andong, South Korea
I had come to expect a default standard of excellence from the Accor group, regardless of what class of hotel I was in. I've stayed at the Ibis before, albeit in different locations. This Ibis however was disappointing. When I arrived, I discovered they didn't have any soap. Soap! I discovered TWO single beds squeezed into my little room even though I had made the booking for ONE adult. I asked the woman at the front desk and she said it is because they were fully booked (?). I then let it go and decided to have something to eat. I looked at the menu and when I discovered it was limited, I went back to my room to unpack and ponder what I was in the mood for. I then later decided I would have the steak. Their kitchen closes at 10:30 and I ordered the steak at 10:20. They said no. If the kitchen closes for steaks earlier, then they should have told me that. I was annoyed. The night desk manager was very friendly, and helpful. He helped me with the soap dispenser and sorted that out for me. The following morning, the front desk manager was different and I wouldn't peg him as friendly. He was abrupt. It was raining and I had to buy an umbrella. They sold me an umbrella for 15 euros. The umbrella was of stupidly poor quality. AND at an exorbitant price. The front desk ALSO didn't tell me that literally around the corner I could buy the same low quality umbrella for 5 euros. So that ticked me off royally too.I had asked the hotel what time the shops open on a Sunday, and this front desk manager said 10am. It was raining when I left only to find NOTHING open and only some places to open at 1pm. SERIOUSLY annoyed at this point because not only were the shops not open, at least for shelter, the stupid umbrella they sold me kept flipping inside out every time the wind blew. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast had more variety than I had anticipated and the ONE night manager was friendly. Everthing else about this hotel was poor and far below what I have come to expect from the Accor group.
"Perfect for travelers that only sleep in a hotel"
30th January 2013, aietos, Utrecht, The Netherlands
Ibis always (I tried 5 of them now) delivers great value for superb locations and efficient and clean rooms, the hotel in Brugge is no different. The hotel is on walking distance from everything in Brugge and located within the old center. A parking garage was found next/below the hotel but did cost about 7 euro's a day (as it was public). This is not a cosy little hotel for romantic stay-in weekend but rather a hotel that is perfect for sleeping after you've done business, sight-seeing or enjoyed night life.

Good location , very comfortable , excellent value for money , handy to train station , breakfast ok , easy walking distance to most places , we would stay there again. The only negative was the tight space in the bathroom where the toilet was.
"Christmas 2012"

We visited Bruges with friends to start our Christmas celebration. The Ibis is conveniently located, just a short walk from most attractions. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms comfortable and very clean. The hotel met all our expectations and represents excellent value!
"ibis bruges"

Very conveniently placed hotel, close to all city sites; immediately adjacent to a large underground carpark which makes life so simple for those visiting by car. The hotel offers great city skyline views from some 3rd and 4th floor rooms; would stay at ibis bruges again.
"Brugge visit"

Great location at a great price. Brugge is a very compact and charming city and the hotel was ideally located to walk to all the attractions. The underground car park adjacent was perfect - we parked the car there and didn't go back until we left. The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
