We enjoyed the time there but for the price per night expected a safe deposit box and the ability to make coffee or team in our room.

These are aspects of our service we are particularly proud of. We regret to hear that certain amenities did not meet your expectations. While we do offer a selection of room amenities, we understand that the absence of an in-room safe and coffee or tea-making facilities in standard rooms may have been an inconvenience. However, we are glad to inform that premium rooms do provide these additional comforts, which might better suit your preferences for a future stay. We continuously strive to achieve a balance between providing necessary amenities and maintaining competitive prices. It is gratifying to know that you found our hotel clean, as we take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness for our guests. The room was very small, a table nearly too small for a laptop, a hard plastic chair, television did not work, no place to put the luggage. In all extremely expensive for a very simple basic room

Very nice stay, right from the start with the nice persons at the reception. Upon my request I was given a quiet room on the last floor as I am a light sleeper. The room was very nice with views on the roofs and extremely quiet. There was even a kettle, but strangely no tea or coffee, so not sure what it was for… Just regretted I only stayed 1 night. Location is great right at the center.

Entire hotel smelled foul and of cleaning supplies. Room smelled also. Room too hot. Airflow did not work. Mildew/mold around entire base of shower. Paper cups in bathroom !!!
