In my experience Your hotels are generally well kept & always clean. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Although the hot food seemed to come out of the kitchen other Items were not replenished, milk, napkins, cutlery, bowls & bread. Lots of hanging about by guests having to wait for something or other - poor Madi was rushing around trying to resolve everything.

Teekay Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

A 2-night stay became only 1 due to changing circumstances; the refund of the cancelled night was within policy deadline and was quickly refunded. I enjoyed a very good meal in Charlie's Corner. The accommodation was clean, quite well decorated and equipped with additional useful items. The sound insulation was good. The receptionists, bar/restaurant staff and cleaners were all very professional and friendly, without exception. Very handy for access to West Quay Retail Park (at least I presume it was the very outer edge of the huge complex of the same name which had stretched to this corner). Easy short walk from main train station. A longer, but still manageable, walk from Red Funnel ferry port and cruise ships.

The room was a litte shabby and in need of redecoration. No hand towels or flannels just tiny bath towel Breakfast very underwhelming very little choice of cereal and toaster barely worked. No bacon on hot choice & sausages were cheap tasting It seems the quality has gone down in general at this hotel which I have used on a few previous occasions. No WiFi available the whole time we were there either The good point is staff very friendly and helpful

Good evening, thank you for your stay and leaving us a review. We do apologise about the wifi not working it was a server error with our provider and as it was a weekend it was difficult to get someone to fix it. This is not an excuse however we tried everything we could and unfortunately we could not fix the issue, we do apologise for the inconvenience.
