The hotel's service expectation was satisfactory, staffs really took good care of the guests' request. One thing I'd like to point out is the parking area (underground) where things were kept i.e. hotel's equipment which should NOT be visible. It also could damage the car's tyres like pieces of rods or sharp objects if any, etc. Appreciate if somehow the "parking lot" of the hotel should be kept more nicely and no "bldg. or unused materials" being visible as it didn't look like the area was well-kept. More lighting is also recommended as it gets quite dark when driving down to the parking area. Many thanks Sue

Well placed in the shopping district. Had the executive level rooms, not a bad view, rooms are showing signs of wear. Executive lounge on the ground level was very good. The service from the lady called Mint was great. Very attentive and a credit to the Novotel team.

Amazing check in experience with Potae, he was super helpful! It’s our first time picking this hotel but staff is super nice and friendly. I have been to bkk many times but definitely will come back to Novotel again. Even the concierge staff nicely helped with our luggage’s.
