Hotel is a good location and the breakfast is great but the mattresses are not in good condition needs to be changed thank you.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. Maridol and Nicholas were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were attentive, organized, and had a good eye for detail. Every aspect of our conference, from the setup of the meeting rooms to the catering arrangements, was well executed. Their professionalism and dedication made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. What truly sets the Pullman Hotel apart is the kindness and hospitality of its staff. Everyone we encountered, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, greeted us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. We needed sonerhing fairly easy to get to for 1 night (before our cruise) This hotel was suitable. Just minutes from the airport and about 20 min ride to the port the next day

The hotel is beautiful, however, the room I was in did not have a small refrigerator, I was a little disappointed about that.
